The Opportunity:

As an Associate Key AccountManager, you will be part of the Core Europe Commercial Team, taking full ownership of an assigned customer portfolio.Reporting to theSeniorDirectorSales,youwill work within the international Value Channel teamandbe part of theValue Channel leadership team.Within this team youwillcollaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Brand Management, TradeMarketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

What Your Impact Will Be:




- Take ownership of the day-to-day relationship and commercial performance of your assigned retail accounts
- Develop and execute customer-specificjoint business plansto unlock growth opportunities by understanding customer needs and analyzing business performance through sell-in/sell-out data,Circanamarket insights, and KPI tracking
- Drive brand visibility and commercial success by developing compelling promotional offers and executing impactful brand activation plans across both in-store and online channels
- Partner closely with retail customers and internal stakeholders to plan,optimize, and execute promotions and marketing initiatives, particularly in collaboration with Brand Management and Trade Marketing
- Manage the customer product portfolio, including Sales forecasting, promo planning, and close coordination with Supply Chain to ensure product availability
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance and lead pricing
