Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Business Development Senior Manager to accelerate growth of Microsoft Cloud, Data, and AI solutions across the market. This role is focused on identifying and converting new technology‑enabled transformation business opportunities by working across the Microsoft ecosystem, the PwC network and directly with clients. As a senior member of the PwC Alliances & Sales team, you will play a critical role in originating and progressing opportunities, collaborating with Microsoft account teams, PwC partners, and sector leaders to shape compelling solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting business transformation opportunities that are enabled by the Microsoft Technology Portfolio Cloud & AI Platforms.
- Collaborate with the Microsoft ecosystem, account executives and technical specialists to shape joint value propositions into clients and co‑sell strategies around cloud, data and AI.
- Lead strategic sales pursuits, including win‑strategy development, proposal creation and client engagement through to deal closure.
- Leverage Microsoft’s partner programs, incentives and funding to support opportunity development and client value.
- Act as a connector between Microsoft and PwC teams, ensuring alignment against sales pursuits.
- Work closely within the PwC Lines of Service to identify opportunities with Microsoft solutions and positioning.
- Align with Alliance Teams for strategy and execution.
- Ensure accuracy in maintaining and execution of the pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Microsoft’s business.
- Stay informed on Microsoft’s evolving solution portfolio, commercial models and market trends.
Compensation and Benefits
