Alpitronic Srl is seeking a senior legal professional to draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements across supply, distribution, licensing and partnerships in a technically driven environment. You will provide strategic legal guidance, manage the contract lifecycle end-to-end, and work with internal stakeholders on risk mitigation and IP provisions, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
Proficiency in English is essential.
