Hybrid in Milan, the role offers €35,000-45,000 OTE (base plus uncapped variable) and stock options. You’ll engage warm leads and cold-contact targeted companies, building a scalable sales machine from day one.
You will be one of the first two commercial hires, shaping the process and pipeline, with a clear path to Account Executive as the company grows.
