Who We Are
In Settimo Torinese, Italy, is active one of the main production centers of L’Oréal Group in the world. The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, minimal impact on the environment. Between 2005 e il 2020 in terms of enviromental management, outstanding results have been reached. The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory,
that is a production site which consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses.
We Are Looking For
The Packaging Optimization & Line Efficiency Intern is the technical link between our Paris Packaging HQ and the local Production Units. Joining our team in Settimo Torinese, you will ensure the success of new product launches by ensuring every new design is "Good First Time" (BPC) and runs perfectly on our automated lines. We are looking for a pragmatic and proactive STEM student or recent graduate, capable of managing technical risk analyses, coordinating industrial trials, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams and international suppliers to optimize plant performance and logistics efficiency.
