As a Cost Estimator, you will respond to the Head of Sustinable Infrastructures Tendering department and be part of the Sustainable Infrastructures Business Line.

Your responsibilities
- Analyze the tender documents provided by Client and study scope of work, project schedule, technical specifications and Client’s requirements.
- Develop the cost estimate of project activities and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables, assets, plant materials and subcontracts.




- Analyze the Vendors quotation to be included in the bid cost estimate.
- Develop accurate cost analysis for construction works.
- Implement the constructability activities as required (e.g. in the definition of most appropriate erection methods, fabrication/construction sequences, layouts, pre-fabrication strategies, etc.)
- Prepare the bid price sheet and the project cash flow.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveyor Diploma

Experience: at least 10 years as Estimator within Transport Infrastructures Projects (e.g. Railways, Metro, Motorway) and Civil Sectors.

Languages: English B2

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Estimating Methodologies and cost analysis of Direct, Indirect and Subcontracting works; strong understanding of construction methods, materials and practice.

IT Skills: Familiarity with Estimating Tools such as: STR VISION, PRIMU
