YO IT Consulting is seeking an Italian Quality Assurance Lead for a remote hourly contractor role. You will oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across Italian AI training projects, reviewing AI-generated content and feedback to ensure strict adherence to guidelines and rubrics.
You will mentor trainers and QAs, maintain documentation, and help activate contributors with inconsistent performance.
