What We Are Looking For:
Reporting to the CEO Hospitality,



the Hospitality Administration Manager oversees the administrative and financial operations of the Hospitality division, ensuring effective governance, performance monitoring, and alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives, while collaborating closely with Corporate Administration, Planning & Control, and M&A; & Financing teams.
Key Activities:
- Prepare the statutory financial statements of the Group's hospitality entities (hotels and luxury trains, in Italy and abroad), personally drafting them for the Italian entities;
- Coordinate the year-end closing process for all companies with active hospitality assets, acting as the main point of reference for each asset's local administrative team (operating autonomously or supported by external consultants);
- Oversee administrative relations with the hospitality assets, ensuring proper bookkeeping and compliance with the accounting and tax regulations applicable in each country;
