RINA is currently recruiting for a Fleet Performance Compliance Engineer to join its office in Genovawithin theMarine Compliance, Classification & Statutory CertificationDivision.

Mission

The Fleet Performance Compliance Engineer is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of vessels within the fleet to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimal operational efficiency.

The Fleet Performance Engineer works closely with MCFPP Head and MCLTS Head to analyse/investigate cases of Port State and Flag State inspections/detentions to identify shortcomings occurred within periodical surveys/audits previously carried out.



This activity is aimed at identifying corrective/preventive actions to enhance performance of Marine Operational Network in ensuring periodical/surveys audits are carried out with the highest effectiveness and full compliance with applicable class/statutory requirements and in the respect of applicable flag administration requirements and RINA procedures.

The role involves survey reports analysis, data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the classification society's mission of promoting safety and sustainability in the maritime industry.

Key Accountabilities
- Analysis/investigation of cases of Port State and Flag State inspections/detentions
- Analysis/investigation of cases of Port State and Flag State inspections/detentions to identify shortcomings occurred within periodical surveys/audits previously carried out and identifying corrective/preventive actions to enhance performance of Marine Operational Network in ensuring periodical/surveys audits are carried out with the highest effect
