OffertaDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across Southern Europe.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.Guide employee relations initiatives and handle workplace concerns effectively.Manage compensation and benefits programs,
