OHB Italia is seeking for its Equipment Business Unit in Milano or Torino for immediate start aPower Design Engineer (M/F) REF.Power_Equip_2026Your Tasks:Review and discussion of customer requirementsRequirement engineering at unit/subsystem levelDefinition of subsystem architecture according to ECSS and customer needsRequirement breakdown at board levelParticipate to the reviews with the customerSupport for NCR management and closureSupport to evaluation of requirement changeDesign of analogue and power electronicsAnalysis of the performances / design justificationTechnical budget preparationTechnical specification preparationPreparation of documentationTest of the unit/subsystemTest procedure/report preparationYour Qualifications:Degree in Electronics Engineering or Physicselectronic CAD and PSpice tools (preferable Cadence OrCAD)main power electronics components (MOSFET, PWM Controller,
etc...)analogue electronicslaboratory instrumentation (mainly multimeter and oscilloscope)AIV experienceKnowledge of IBM Doors (appreciated)Fluent spoken and written EnglishProject and MS-OfficeProactive and communicative2-3 years of experience in space power electronicsSpecific knowledge of:switching converterstheory of the feed-back loop control/automatic controlanalysis of the circuit performancesAble to perform Worst Case Analysisdigital xlwpduy electronicsNice to have qualifications:Good knowledge of:Switching converter topologies (flyback, push-pull, Full-bridge)Control loop theory and stability analysisThe gross annual remuneration package will be determined based on the degree of alignment between the candidate's profile and the requirements of the role, as well as the level of professional experience acquired.
