For our client, a leading multinational company in its field of activity, is looking for aFacility & General Affairs ManagerMain responsibilitiesThe role, is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of company's general affairs, including facilities management, office administration, and vendor management.The person person plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of the copmpany's physical infrastructure and in ensuring the safety and security of the workplace in compliance with the actual law and administrative processes.Facility Management and Real Estate ManagementBuilding and Utilities contractsProperty management of company buildings & apartments Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance Maintenance program & vendor managementSoft services managementTenders renegotiation for facility management servicesProcurement and negotiation of contracts of General Affairs activities (vendor pre-selection, tender docs writings, contracts)Health and Safety environment (TU 81/08 et s.m.i.)Organization and planning of HSE activities towards employees:



internal information and training activities, management of emergency proceduresHSE activities towards contractors: DUVRI, definition and sharing of the HSE procedures, documents collectionRisk Assessment DocumentsInsurance company program: coverages related to company buildings, injuries, All Risks, Travel etc.
