resolving complex operational issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operational Care, Customer Care, Revenue Care, Customs, and Transportation partners, to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, carriers, gateways, and external service providers to secure capacity, optimize transport solutions, and manage supplier performance.Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through process improvements, automation tools, consolidation strategies, route planning, and continuous review of transportation solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, customs requirements, quality standards, and health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.Partner with senior management to develop and execute departmental strategies, monitor operational performance, and address risks, disputes, and service deviations proactively.What we wo
