Project EngineerMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Support the Engineering team in the design, development, purchase, installation, commissioning, start-up, operation, maintenance and improvement of machinery, support systems, building and infrastructure• Contribute to developing technical solutions, under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, production and ergonomics requirements• Contribute to operational improvement and continuous improvement activities across the site.• Support preliminary design meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the definition of technical specifications.• Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates and expense tracking, ensuring alignment with approved spending limits.• Support the preparation of CAAPs in accordance with best practice procedures.• Follow up with suppliers and support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders during project execution.• Support the execution and documentation of FAT and SAT activities,



checking equipment performance against agreed requirements.• Assist in the coordination with inspection bodies and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.• Support the planning and coordination of training activities for factory users and maintenance teams.• Monitor the ramp-up of new installations and support troubleshooting activities until target performance is achieved.• Participate in the optimization of existing equipment and contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial sites.• Develop effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.• Work in close collaboration with the Factory, Purchasing, Marketing, Copacking, Packaging, R&D;, Finance, HR, HSE, Supply Chain and other relevant functions.CANDIDATE PROFILE• Higher education in the field of engineering: mechanical, chemical, industrial or process engineering• Preferably with few years' experience in engineering
