To support our long‐term growth strategy within the business, we are seeking an experienced Strategic R&D; Manager to lead and shape the future development of our wound care portfolio in strong collaboration with our global partners and stakeholders.Position SummaryThe Strategic R&D; Manager will define and drive the medium‐ to long‐term R&D; strategy for the wound management business, with clear accountability for portfolio management and prioritization.
This role sits at the intersection of innovation, clinical needs, and business strategy, translating market and clinical insights into differentiated product platforms and sustainable technology and product roadmaps.
The position includes steering internal development activities as well as managing and coordinating third‐party development partners to accelerate innovation and optimize resource allocation.
