Offer Description Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease that predominantly affects women between 15 and 40 years of age. Its clinical presentation is highly heterogeneous, with possible involvement of the skin, joints, hematologic system, kidneys, and nervous system. Raynaud's phenomenon (RP), occurring in up to 50% of patients, is a common manifestation; however, its prognostic significance in SLE remains unclear. The heterogeneity of available studies, mainly due to limited sample sizes and variability in the reported nailfold capillaroscopic findings,
highlights the need for further investigation. The appointee will be responsible for selecting SLE patients and healthy controls according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, performing nailfold videocapillaroscopy, collecting clinical, laboratory, and capillaroscopic data in case report forms (CRFs), conducting statistical analyses, and preparing the final study report
The evaluation criteria are established in the call; a master's degree obtained no more than six years ago is required; knowledge of Italian and English is required
