Accountabilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two admin professionals, ensuring clear goal-setting, regular performance feedback,
and professional growth opportunities
Allocate workload effectively across the team to optimize productivity and maintain balanced capacity
Conduct regular team meetings to align priorities, address challenges, and foster collaborative problem‐solving
Operational Excellence
Oversee and ensure timely execution of all administrative processes and workflows within the team's scope
Establish and maintain quality standards for administrative deliverables and service levels
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GFM Europe team, including tool support (PPMCAPEX...etc.) and assistance with Purchase Order (PO) creation as needed
Stakeholder Management
Act as primary point of contact for administrative matters, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
