Job Overview In this role,



you will be responsible for the performance of the Authorized Repairer network through a full performance management cycle: KPI analysis → gap identification → action plan definition → results monitoring.
You will contribute to revenue growth, the development of upselling opportunities, aftersales customer retention, and increased workshop traffic across the dealer network.
Your Responsibilities Drive Parts & Accessories revenue, retention and upselling vs target; size network potential through KPI and geo-marketing insights. Drive Authorized Repairers Commercial Policy and target setting together with the NSC in accordance with Regional guidelines.
Analyze KPIs, diagnose gaps, agree action plans and follow up on impact with NSCs and priority dealers.
Lead structured performance reviews; coach NSC and field force on commercial routines, customer experience and service retention.
