Named after its founder Ariane Prette, the brand was created in 1982. In 2012, the Prette family decided to focus on silver jewellery with a cutting‐edge design, while continuing to perpetuate Ariane's legacy. With more than 400 of its own points of sale, APM Monaco is expanding and plans to open new stores worldwide, including a new location in Firenze Rinascente. We are recruiting a Supervisor on a permanent contract to join our team.
Sales
Achieve sales targets
Analyse sales reports and data to determine business needs and implement strategies
Define individual objectives for sales consultants
Motivate team members and ensure understanding of KPIs to improve performance
Collaborate with the marketing team

Ensure quality of customer service
Maintain communication with customers
Resolve customer complaints and support decisions made by sales advisors
