Claims Adjuster Grow your experience in handling complex claims and become a problem solver for clients by delivering technical excellence and service differentiation in a global claims handling environment.
Responsibilities Develop expertise in investigating and handling claims through a proactive, best‑practice approach in line with AIG’s quality standards.
Actively promote and demonstrate the principles of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ in all claims handling activities.
Identify and review suspect/fraudulent claims regularly, responding in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain regular contact with internal stakeholders, brokers, medical experts, clients’ lawyers, victims and their legal representatives.
Build effective relationships with internal and external customers, acting as a point of referral.
Support Team Managers and deputize in their absence, including monitoring market and industry practices in claims handling.
Collaborate with underwriting colleagues to provide insights from claims experience that help improve products.




Qualifications Experience in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
Strong policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation.
Lateral thinking and the ability to problem‑solve and develop new ideas to improve working practices.
Excellent communication, time‑management, administrative, and report‑writing skills.
