Costa Crociere S.p.A. is seeking an onboard Ambassador to promote the full onboard offer through compelling storytelling and guest engagement.
You will build trust with guests, tailor recommendations, and drive cross- and up-selling to boost revenue while meeting sales targets and KPIs. The role requires excellent Italian and English, plus a third language at least at B2 level, and familiarity with MS Office.
