About The Role Based at Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina,
the Staff House Manager is responsible for the successful pre-opening and ongoing management of all colleague accommodation provided or arranged by the hotel. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the role oversees the planning, allocation, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of all staff housing, ensuring a safe, comfortable and well-managed living environment that supports colleague wellbeing, engagement and operational excellence.
As a Staff House Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Pre-Opening Responsibilities Support the planning, setup and opening of all colleague accommodation prior to the resort opening.
Coordinate the preparation, furnishing and readiness of staff houses and externally leased apartments.
Develop accommodation procedures, house rules, operating standards and allocation processes.
Establish accommodation inventories, documentation, reporting tools and operational controls.
Coordinate utility activation, supplier on
