Your Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end system integration activities for the power conversion subsystem, ensuring stable and reliable system performance.
Perform hands‑on HW/SW and firmware integration on real hardware platforms, actively debugging and resolving complex system‑level issues.
Lead bring‑up activities for new hardware revisions and prototypes, identifying issues early and providing structured feedback to R&D; and NPI teams.
Act as the technical escalation point for integration challenges involving embedded software, firmware, hardware interfaces, communication protocols, timing, synchronization, and power electronics behavior.
Own root cause analysis and drive resolution of system integration issues through close collaboration with software, firmware, and hardware teams.
Manage and continuously improve integration environments, test benches, tools, workflows, and traceability processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
Support system‑level validation and release readiness by assessing integration status, identifying risks,



and communicating progress and limitations to key stakeholders.
Your Background Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in embedded systems, system integration, power electronics, or related environments.
Strong hands‑on experience with embedded software, RTOS and/or Linux-based systems.
Proven expertise in HW/SW integration, system‑level debugging, and troubleshooting of complex multidisciplinary systems.
Experience working with prototypes, early hardware development phases, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
Solid understanding of power electronics, control systems, communication interfaces, and real‑time constraints; experience in EV charging or other high‑power systems is a strong advantage.
