Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operational Coordination
Lead and manage a network of Buyers across EU sites.
Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring timely purchase order execution and material availability.
Act as the main escalation point for operational issues such as supply shortages, delays, and production risks.
Ensure alignment and consistency across sites in procurement execution and supplier communication.
Drive performance through KPIs including service level, supply continuity, inventory health, and responsiveness.
Provide coaching, development, and guidance to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration.
Foster coordination between Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain teams at site level.
