Technical Learning & Development Partner – Critical Operations Role Summary Based in Milan, the EMEA Technical Learning & Development Partner - Critical Operations will design and deliver engaging technical learning programmes for Critical Operations Technicians (COTs) and Critical Operations Engineers (COEs) across EMEA. Working alongside subject matter experts, you will build learning pathways, competency frameworks and scalable training solutions that support operational readiness and career development.
Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led, virtual and practical training across Italy, Norway, Switzerland and future EMEA locations.
Own onboarding, technical development and competency progression for COTs and COEs.
Develop learning pathways, assessments and competency frameworks.




Maintain training records and support LMS compliance.
Drive consistency of operational standards across EMEA.
Support practical equipment walkdowns, emergency response exercises and operational readiness.
Partner with Operations to ensure training reflects SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and SMPs.
Identify training needs from operational feedback, audits and incidents.
Champion a culture of safety, operational discipline and continuous learning.
Partner with internal subject matter experts to convert technical knowledge into engaging learning.
Coach managers and SMEs in effective knowledge
