Offer Description
The program aims to develop and apply integrated methodologies for the environmental monitoring of liquid matrices (surface water, groundwater, and wastewater). It includes the design of monitoring networks in natural and contaminated environments and the chemical, physical-chemical,



and isotopic characterization of water using advanced analytical techniques. Activities will focus on identifying contamination sources, studying water-rock interactions, and the processes that control the mobility of potentially toxic elements. Geochemical and isotopic indicators will also be developed as environmental tracers useful for reconstructing hydrogeochemical processes and the temporal evolution of water quality.
