Data Engineer – Team Process Optimization (m/f/d) Our Process Optimization team is looking for a Data Engineer (m/w/d) to help us turn operational data into actionable insight and drive continuous improvement across the business.
What awaits you : Analyze business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and translate process-improvement questions into data solutions, working closely with process owners and business stakeholder
Design, development, and optimization of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and semantic data models using Python, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring high-quality, governed data that supports analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
Develop interactive Microsoft Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Document technical solutions, promote data engineering best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement through automation and process standardization initiatives
What you bring along:
Experience in Data Engineering or a similar role
Proven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes
Programming skills in Python
SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services
Experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
Solid understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts
Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business process improvement
Experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, or AI-driven process automation is a plus
English or German (professional working proficiency)
