Let's Talk about The Role:
The Project Operations Manager is responsible for driving key operational initiatives supporting Global Operations to improve execution rigour, consistency and performance across the HDNU Projects organisation. The role will lead efforts in data analytics and reporting, training repository development, project catalogue tool optimisation, standard work deployment, and process / QMS improvement.
This is a business operations role requiring strong hands-on analytical capability, rather than an IT or technical data specialis
