ASSISTENTE ALLA PIANIFICAZIONE DELLA PRODUZIONE
da inserire con ruolo chiave nel coordinamento e nello sviluppo dell'area produttiva, in affiancamento al responsabile di produzione.
Responsabilità Garantire l'efficienza dei processi produttivi e il miglioramento continuo
Coordinare la produzione interna ed esterna in linea con obiettivi aziendali
Gestire e presidiare il Sistema Qualità
Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e degli standard aziendali
Coordinare e sviluppare il team tecnico‑produttivo
Attività Pianificazione, organizzazione e controllo delle attività produttive
Supervisione di officina, impianti, attrezzature e manutenzioni
Analisi delle performance produttive e individuazione delle aree di miglioramento
Gestione dei materiali di produzione (esclusi acquisti)
Collaborazione con fornitori, clienti interni e reparti aziendali
Formazione e crescita qualificato delle risorse assegnate
