Position Summary As a Formulation Manufacturing Supervisor , you will lead daily manufacturing operations in a sterile production environment, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and production targets.



You will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of approximately 50 employees, coordinating formulation activities, optimizing production performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, you will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily sterile manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP and company procedures.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 50 operators and technicians.
Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Monitor and improve operational KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, OEE, Yield).
Support investigations, deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient operation
