Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our EP/NV commercial organization across Italy.
The Italia HR Leader EP/NV is responsible for a number of EP/NV commercial across Italy, and will provide BUHR support to our Regional Office teams, in addition to project management for the entire team.
The HR Leader plays a pivotal role in translating regional people strategies into impactful local execution, aligned with business priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, the role drives business outcomes through expert support in coaching, talent management, organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning. This position requires strong business partnering skills, a deep understanding of team dynamics, and the ability to influence and enable leadership to deliver results through people.
The role reports into the EP/NV HR Leader EMEA.
