Our mission at xFarm Technologies is to drive the digital transformation in Agriculture by improving the lives of millions of farmers, acting for the increase of environmental, economic and social sustainability of the sector. We do this by developing digital tools and consulting projects, providing a Smart Farming digital ecosystem for all the actors of the agri-food supply chain, consisting of apps, sensors, software integrations and advanced analytics tools. Today, xFarm products are already used by more than 420 thousand farms on more than five million hectares, in Europe and South America.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Mobile App Developer to join our Engineering team and support our fast growth across all the countries we operate in. You will work closely with the Tech Area Owner and the mobile team, building and evolving the apps that connect hundreds of thousands of farmers to our Smart Farming ecosystem.
Your Mission
- Mobile App Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using modern Flutter (e.g. 3.35+)
and Dart, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across both iOS and Android platforms, with clean code and a hexagonal architecture that keeps domain logic isolated from frameworks and I/O;
- Real-Time Data & Connectivity: Work with reactive programming and asynchronous data streams to handle real-time data flows; experience with Bluetooth connectivity and devices such as data-loggers transmitting geolocated data is a plus;
- API Integration: Integrate mobile applications with internal and external RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to deliver complete and robust features;
- Code Review, CI/CD & Release Management: Actively participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins or GitLab CI) to automate builds, testing and deployment, along with release handling and store publishing (App Store / Play Store);
- Testing and Optimization: Implement and maintain testing
