ResponsibilitiesMission: As a Junior Sales within the Italian FX & Emerging Markets Sales team, you will support the coverage and development of institutional clients by providing solutions across Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets products. You will work closely with Sales, Trading, Structuring and Research teams to deliver value-added ideas, execution capabilities and market insights to clients.Tasks and responsibilities:Support the team in providing best-in-class coverage to Italian clients across FX and EM asset classesContribute to the origination and execution of FX transactions, including options and structured solutionsDevelop a solid understanding of FX market dynamics, pricing mechanisms and execution processesBuild knowledge of Emerging Markets products, including local currency bonds and interest rate derivativesAssist senior salespeople in developing and strengthening relationships with Italian institutional clientsLiaise with Trading desks to support pricing,



execution and market intelligence sharingCoordinate with internal support functions to address pre-trade and post-trade matters efficientlyWork closely with Structuring, Research, Coverage and other business partners to deliver tailored client solutionsCollaborate with sales colleagues across regions to share market opportunities and client insightsEnsure full compliance with risk limits, internal policies, regulatory requirements and compliance standardsPromote a strong risk culture and contribute positively to the team's collaborative environmentProfile requiredStudies & experience:Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field1-2 years of experience in FX Sales, Markets Sales or a related role within a financial institutionPrevious exposure to Italian institutional clients would be highly desirableLanguage skills:Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenSpanish would be considered a plusTechnical, operational & Soft skills:Strong understanding
