At Tecnord, quality is a key driver of innovation, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes.
The Role
The Quality Engineer will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring that products and manufacturing processes meet internal standards, customer requirements and international quality regulations.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering and other cross-functional teams, the role combines process improvement,
project management and audit activities to strengthen operational performance and promote a quality-driven culture throughout the organization.
Reports to: Quality Director
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System
Support the development and implementation of quality standards, procedures and control systems.
Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
Process Improvement
Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
Audits & Compliance
Plan and perform internal process and system audits.
Support customer audits and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
Quality Assurance
Monitor quality performance and prepare reports for management.
Support root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Customer Quality Support
Support customer quality activities during plant visits and audits.
