LJB & CoMEP seeks an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the flagship hyperscale data centre project in Milan. The role covers full commercial management of MEP packages, cost control, and contract compliance, collaborating with project leadership and site teams to ensure robust reporting.
You will manage valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts, oversee procurement, cost forecasting and risk management, and liaise with client representatives to deliver commercial performance
