JOB PURPOSE We are hiring a Department Manager to join our team at Serravalle Outlet and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance. Supporting the Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a large team of 39 in store within a dynamic luxury retail environment, creating a culture of excellence,
collaboration and accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Store Manager and ASM in driving category performance and achieving commercial objectives.
Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Provide real-time feedback and performance coaching to strengthen individual and team effectiveness.
Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities and implement actions to optimise results.
Champion Burberry behaviours and standards, fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
Collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth operations and consistent execution across the business.
PERSONAL PROFILE Previous experience leading teams within a retail, luxury or customer-focused environment.
Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive performance
