Typical Day Responsibilities Own commercial strategy and execution: develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams – including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa – to drive top-line performance and market share growth. Maximize revenue and profitability: partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets.
Lead pricing and forecasting strategy: oversee revenue management practices including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews to optimize revenue across all segments. Align sales and marketing efforts: coordinate on‐property and regional sales, marketing, e Commerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand. Adapt to market dynamics: monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions. Strengthen stakeholder relationships: build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value.
