Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.




Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Train and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
Serve as the technical reference for the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring adherence to standards and supporting continuous improvement.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high‐volume production environment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Italian.
1–3 years of experience in the Engineering Department in manufacturing industry is
