you will Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve issues arising from integration and operation of Lift System components for the Italian Navy Provide technical guidance and advice in the evaluation of Lift System problems and to render technical assistance. Principle location will be at the Italian Naval Air Base in Grottaglie, Italy. What you will be doing Be the initial point of customer contact for Lift System Action Resolution (AR) issues at Grottaglie. As required, provide assistance to Pratt & Whitney and customer personnel on technical issues which include: Lift System/Aircraft interface issues, Lift System troubleshooting, Lift System maintenance, Lift System repairs, and logistic support. Provide customers with an authoritative point of contact on all issues related to the operation of the Lift System product and maintain connectivity between Rolls‑Royce management and key customers Ensure that all operational events are captured and recorded in Maximo to support data gathering activities and
