Vet Regional Supervisor

In this role you will lead the Regional Vet Advisor structure to strengthen veterinary endorsement for Purina brands. You will work with cross-functional teams to expand distribution and advocate scientific credibility through clinics, universities, and events. You will develop and coach a high-performing team, enhance KOL engagement, and manage vet-focused activities to support national sales objectives. This is a field-based leadership position that blends science communication with commercial growth in the Vet Channel.
Annual base salary: 60,000 EUR

Manage the Regional Vet Advisor structure and Vet Advocacy Advisor FTEs
Communicate the technical and commercial benefits of Purina products to veterinary practices
Oversee scientific communication activities in the veterinary field (clinics, universities, events, congresses)
Manage Purina CRM tools and databases; plan/direct a calendar of Direct to Vet activities




Build and monitor Vet Advisor activities to maximize national business objectives
Develop a high-performing team through coaching and leadership
Increase Purina advocacy and KOL involvement in scientific prescription
Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the veterinary industry, pharmaceutical companies, or nutrition companies (preferred)
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong stakeholder and people management skills
Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills
Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach to business development
