Innovate Motion is seeking a Business Development Manager to work with cross-functional teams and key customers to identify and drive profitable growth opportunities. You will lead business development, leveraging market insights to shape product strategy and support new product development.
You will collaborate with R&D; on roadmaps, monitor revenue and BOM targets, and build strong relationships for long-term success. Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage.
