Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Milan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage recruitment and onboarding in Italy, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will collaborate with Operations and shape the annual Talent Attraction plan.
You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, engage passive candidates, promote roles across channels, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
