Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Milan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage recruitment and onboarding in Italy. You will coordinate end-to-end processes, engage candidates, and support the Annual Talent Attraction Plan, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager within the People Department.
You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, promote roles, and help craft a positive candidate experience while collaborating on HR projects and employer branding activities.
