This role is pivotal in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial planning and reporting processes across the organization.What you will doMain Activities:* Coordinate the preparation and presentation of executive-level reports and financial reviews, synthesizing data from various departments and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.* Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and integrity across scenarios and alignment with business goals.* Act as a key finance partner to business controlling functions,
leading ad hoc analysis and strategic assessments to support decision-making.* Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in FP&A; processes, tools, and reporting.* Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the function.What you need to succeedMust have*Professional Experience*: 8–10 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, or Finance roles, preferably in a multinational industrial company or consulting firm.*Experience & Qualifications: Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting processes.* Solid understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management.*Soft Skills: Teamwork oriented, strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders.* Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.* High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.* Strong project management skills and capability to drive cros
