Segula Technologies is looking fora mechanical, aeronautical, electronic, mechatronic engineer with at least 2/4 years of experience to support the activities of a major client in the railroad sector.
Reliability analysis: FMEA / DFMEA / PFMEA /FMECA / FMEDA;
Maintenance analysis: In-depth knowledge of the EN 50126, EN 50129 and database reliability;
Supplier document management and verification with respect to RAMS scope;
Prepare or update the analysis & break down of vehicle RAMS requirements to systems and/or components;
Prepare the input for vehicle / system concepts and specifications for systems and/or components;
Gather RAMS/LCC data from suppliers, field data / experience, reporting;
RAMS/LCC model creation and/or maintenance;
Experience in Fault Tree Analysis, FME(C)A, Markov analysis, Isograph FaultTree+ or similar tools;
Professional experiences and knowledge of product safety and RAMS/LCC, analysis & measurement of RAMS performance, laws / regulations / standards regarding product safety and RAMS;
Knowledge and experience in Railway RAMS Standards and RAM 200 is a plus;
Supports the positive result of verification and validation activities in the different project phases;
Supports the product introduction (production, commissioning, authorisation) in his/her scope;
Responsible to analyse the return of experience from the field operation of the vehicles, to ensure the reliability growth;
Involved in meetings with external suppliers, VIS and NSA, Customers;
Knowledge of Italian language and English language
