Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager or Sub-System Manager (SSM),
Acts as the right hand of the Project Manager (PM)
serves as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
To be visible and respected leader within the project team, fostering collaboration, maintaining momentum, and driving delivery excellence.
Owns the time management topic for their area,
providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision-making and ensure the expected On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance of the project (tender, contract, or program execution),
Responsible to develop and maintain the project schedule (internal/external) for his area,
Define tender preparation schedule and monitor until the submission of the tender,
Detail the tender schedule based on Reference Library, planning templates, gap analysis, Metier’s commitments and tender strategy,
Project management or industrial background
Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality and their interfaces…
Microsoft Project, Primavera or other specific Planning Tools
Basic overall knowledge of railway products, and good knowledge of the Sub-System,
Agility to juggle with schedules simulations, various scenarios, and changing project goals
Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker
