Job Overview
Position: MES Assistant (Manufacturing Execution System). Location: Borgo San Michele-Latina, Italy. Contract: 12‑month temporary. Report to MES Site Lead as part of the NGM Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support MES team in system deployment and project documentation management.
- Design and verify Master Batch Records in the new MES.
- Develop and monitor project KPIs to ensure project goals and targets are met.
- Provide training sessions and materials related to system functionalities and new/changed business processes.
- Collect and analyze data from systems to support data‑based decisions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Informatics.
- Fluent English (B2 level or above).
- Technical knowledge of low‑code systems, XML and API interfaces, scripting‑rule based development languages.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.
- Technical knowledge of SAP and Korber MES (PAS‑X preferred).
- Process knowledge of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to design training materials and deliver training.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: €29800–48530 (Italy: €35870–48530).
