REPORTS TO: Sales Director On Trade Italy

As Regional Sales Manager On Trade Italy,

you will lead Bacardi’s commercial and cultural strategy in your region, responsible for teams of Field Managers and Business Managers, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, talent development, and proper regional execution of the national strategy.

You will be a reference in culture, execution, and results, driving sustainable business growth.

Commercial Execution

Ensure achievement of commercial objectives for volume, GP, and GM, breaking down targets by sub-zone, channel, and key customer segment.

Continuously optimize pricing, discount, and margin plans, working with the Revenue Growth Management team to ensure sustainability and competitiveness.

Analyze execution KPIs weekly using tools such as Power BI, setting clear action plans and measuring impact.

Translate national strategy into a regional commercial plan that prioritizes opportunities by customer type, category, and brand activation.

Be the voice of the region in national committ
