What you will do We are looking for a resource that support Product Line Finance Directors in daily operational and strategic activities, including: Budget, forecast, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting in close coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams Monthly accrual processing Top line analysis by cluster, brand,
product line Analysis of divisional cost Portfolio analysis to maximize profit Product mix, Margin and profitability analysis New product business cases and development Transparency and timely communication with HQ What you need to succeed Must have Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business drivers Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering. Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A;, or a Finance function, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes. Language: Fluent in Italian & English required; any additional foreign language would be considered a plus. Soft skills Good interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Finance, Commercial, I
