For the IMA BFB Division , we are looking for a Production Planner .
IMA BFB specializes in the design and manufacturing of end-of-line secondary packaging machines and complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.
The Role
- Take ownership of orders resulting from the sale of machines or complete production lines,
performing operational and planning analyses to identify project requirements and ensure compliance with scheduled timelines.
- Gather and manage all technical and commercial information (custom-designed components, specifications, materials, etc.) required to support the correct assembly of machines within agreed deadlines.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for activity coordination and material procurement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Assembly Department, Engineering, and other functions) to ensure an efficient and consistent workflow throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Issue and manage purchase orders for components, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with production requirements.
